amazon refunds order and it gets delivered late due to weather
Is there anyway to get my product back or have the customer pay for it? This order was delivered really late by 2 weeks due to the hurricane. Amazon refunded the person and then it got delivered. I send 5 messages to the buyer but he doesn't respond. Amazon told me they don't get involved I need to contact the buyer directly, but they wont give me his info.
anyway to get this back since The customer opened an A to Z claim and won.

Thanks for posting again @Seller_yy7BAzfSE4tSE- please do review our Community Guidelines which do prohibit duplicate posts on a single situation since it creates churn for the entire forums community.
