Amazon saying I shipped in an empty box: 0 of 47 units located. "We are unable to continue the investigation because the documentation provided does not meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance. "

Shipped in 47 units of an item amounting to about $2,200 in inventory. Box delivered via USPS on March 4, 2024. Zero units of the 47 were located.

I opened a case and supplied an invoice. They then requested invoices for ALL of my shipments for this ASIN from a span of October 2023 to now, amounting to 515 units. I sent invoices to account for all of the 515 units, plus extra.

My invoices are fine- they have my name, address, relevant ASIN detail that is easy to read, and the distributor's name, address, phone #, etc. as well as a date and order #. These follow Amazon's own criteria for invoices.

I asked to escalate the case but doesn't seem to be happening. Just keep getting the same canned answer that does not make sense. Why does my documentation fail to prove the units were sent? I sent MORE than 515 units of invoices.
