Same Buyer Keeps Buying and "Returning"

Hi there, I have a product in FBA and one buyer keeps buying the same product and refunding it continually. I am concerned they are scamming on the returns because they have placed several orders for the same item and within two days requested a refund for various reasons, "item not received" mostly. Is there a specific resource I can report this buyer to, or someone with seller support? I cannot find how to chat to a real support person.

Unfortunately, Amazon will not care about this... I have several cases, same buyer bought same item and kept buying and returning in return period. It's called ”free rent".

I hope Amazon stop giving this buyer FULLY refund every time.

I noticed the same for one of my best selling products and reported it. The buyer has not continued doing this since. In the report to seller support, I attached screen shots of every purchase and return. Maybe that would be worth a try if you are able to reach seller support. You might get a reply that may seem that it is not in your favor, but I believe that is a standard reply on their part, which doesn't mean it won't be monitored. They have an exclusive fraud dept that your concern will be forwarded to.

Yes, we do have a buyer, who always returned the item over 10 times, we wrote many cases to Amazon support, but nothing.

Why they don't care seller?

Account health -> Report abuse of Amazon policies. -> A customer who is violating returns and refund policies

Put a purchase limit on this item for 1 unit (or other low number)

agree with last reply. Amazon should definitively be catching repeat buyers that cancel and repurchase.

I noticed the same for one of my best selling products and reported it. The buyer has not continued doing this since. In the report to seller support, I attached screen shots of every purchase and return. Maybe that would be worth a try if you are able to reach seller support. You might get a reply that may seem that it is not in your favor, but I believe that is a standard reply on their part, which doesn't mean it won't be monitored. They have an exclusive fraud dept that your concern will be forwarded to.
