It's about your labeling following that Canadian regulation. There are size, color, hazard symbol labeling requirements based on the formula if hazardous. There is no lab tests you can do to prove you follow it. Ultimately you would have to send them your label and even then I am not sure what they are using to confirm the labels are actually following the regulations without knowing the formula themselves
