Buyer claims item never arrived - Amazon refunds
Buyer claimed the item never arrived but it did as per the tracking of the parcel. Amazon refunded the buyer, now the customer got the item for free claiming not receiving it which most probably is not true. What can be done?

How did you know the customer received their order? Did you get a signature confirmation of delivery? How do you know that the courier dropped it off at the right house? How do you know that the item didn't get stolen from their doorstep?

I have 4200 upvotes on these forums, giving true and real life advice to sellers. I have more than 5 times as many upvotes as I do downvotes. The people who downvote just don't want to believe the truth or come to terms and understand their actions.
