Withdraw money to close seller account

Hi everyone,

I am planning to stop selling on Amazon in the middle of October. I considered when is the right time that I can withdraw all money from seller account? The amount includes Account Level Reserve.

I contacted and opened the case, but it has been 10 days without any response from them.

Can anyone let me know the answer for my consideration?

If you do not get a reply from Amazon you could place your store on holiday, to avoid any more sales, and then just wait until Amazon disburses all of your money. This may take some time. After that you could close your account.

If your account is in good standing, the general rule is that you cannot close it until 90 days past your last sale being delivered.

I believe that if you wait until the extended holiday return policy kicks in, you will have to wait until some time past the end of the return period on your last sale, which would mean probably February of next year.
