No service available - for shiping with Amazon or Veeqo

We sometimes have trouble shipping to Puerto Rico, although it usually works.

Amazon shiping status " Based on your inputs or preferences, there are no shipping services currently eligible for your order. Check that your weight, dimensions, ship date, and carrier preferences are accurate. To see why shipping services were ineligible, please click on the link below."

Veeqo - " No services available "

The customer mistakenly selected Puerto Rico as their country instead of the United States. Despite changing the address in Veeqo, the issue persisted. No luck changing it on Amazon.

Are we missing something here?

Can you cancel an order without penalty if there is no shipping option?

Buy the shipping someplace else and ship it.

Since it is technically a Territory of the US using PR as the country is a way of keeping the actual cultural identity of the Island intact.

@Seller_Ic9hChUGzlcE4 Hello from Amazon. There are a few forum threads from over the weekend about difficulties shipping to Puerto Rico.

If you can please provide an Order ID, I can ask our partner team to investigate the order/options. I can also open up a direct case.

UPDATE: I escalated this issue to our partner team with a few Order IDs affected by this issue. If other sellers are continuing to have this issue, or have the Order IDs affected this morning and over the weekend, I can include those in my request.
