Inactive account- amazon asking me to verify documents but cant

discussion.i have been inactive on Amazon for a while now. My account was deactivated. I'm now trying to reactivate my account and amazon is asking me to verify my information before I can do so. Whenever I click the links for the information that amazon requires I'm sent back to the inactive account page. So basically I'm going in circles. I can't submit the documents if the site won't let me. Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks for contacting Amazon Forums. I just reviewed your account, and it seems there is one pending requirement from your side. To submit documentation, go to settings in the upper right corner and select account info. There you will see a list of the requirements, and the one that is pending. Click on that one and submit the information. If that does not work try submitting the information through this link.

Additionally, have you filed a case with our seller support team? If yes, could you please share the case number so I can review it?
