AGL Delivered Shipments to Wrong Warehouses and Charged Me Substantial Placement Fees
Hi All,
My freight forwarder handed over 10 shipments to AGL, as shown in the bill of lading below. AGL delivered the shipments to the wrong warehouses and charged me $1,400 for their mistake. I initially tried to dispute the charges, but it was denied because the documentation my freight forwarder provided was an appointment document, not the bill of lading. Now that I have the bill of lading, Amazon is making it very difficult to open an investigation and hasn't done so. AGL made the mistake by delivering to the wrong locations, yet I was charged a substantial amount, and Amazon has not allowed me to dispute again. Can someone please help me open an investigation so I can be reimbursed for Amazon AGL's error? It's been incredibly frustrating dealing with this process.

And that is another good reason to sell FBM. Remember, all of those fees are coming out of your UNRAENED PROFIT. Don't forget to up your offering price, or you may lose all of your profit.
There is not much you can do. Seller support is not going to spend any time sorting out things that another employee deemed correct. It is not like every employee who comes in contact with your product stamps their employee number on so it can be tracked.

To get this changed, you have to get it escalated to someone who has the power to change it.
To get it escalated, you have to ask a mod.
To get a mod, you have to tag one with an ampersand, like this: @SEAmod @KJ_Amazon
When a mod finally deigns to consider your plight, you have to have a case number posted in this thread.
