Want to talk with Seller performance team.

Hello,

I am at a loss right now and need some help!!

What happened is

1) I received an intellectual property complaint last week so I submitted an invoice as requested right away.

2) My invoice was accepted, BUT the listing was NOT reinstated. I thought it was just system error or something so just was waiting to be resolved but didn't seem to work.

3) I called the account health support for help and was advised to resubmit an invoice. So I resubmitted it and yes it was accepted again. (I did submit the invoice three times and accepted three times by Amazon performance team.)

4) However, it didn't work.

It says as 'Thank you for providing us with information on your efforts to stay compliant with Amazon selling policies. We removed listing restrictions and the Account Health policy violation record for the following content'

BUT the dashboard is still showing the message that 'We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.'

5) I submitted again hoping to be resolved for the last time but this time it was rejected. I don't understand what is wrong with it! Amazon is now rejecting the same invoice which was accepted three times!

Could someone please help me with this matter? I don't know what to do!!
