My name is CR and wanted to hop in here. In taking a look at your CAN selling account, it looks like you need to follow the instructions found on the upper left hand page of your Seller Central home page. This is identified in red.
It looks like you've made it through most of the steps there. Once you review and confirm everything is accurate, please be sure to click the teal button that has the text 'submit for verification' at the very bottom of the page.
