Brand Registry- Brand Registered Previously but No Access

I am managing a store and brand; previously, they had a marketing agency doing this. This marketing agency registered the brand, but neither the owner nor I can access the brand registry. I have tried to explain this case to support, but they haven't been able to help. I have tried to re-register but haven't been able to since the brand has already been registered.
I am trying to figure out the Brand Registry for more brand-specific promotions, such as the high-spend customer segment.
Any advice and insights on what I can do?

We appreciate that you've posted and shared with the community your question about your Brand Registry (BR) access.
If the Brand Registry team confirmed with you that you have been approved, you shouldn't have any problems accessing your BR Services, but if you can't access them from Seller Central, please check if you have any other Seller account you might be used to apply for your brand, or in this case if the brand owner possesses another one.
Alternatively, if you are not sure about the email you used to apply, please try contacting our Seller Support team or Brand Registry team to confirm the credentials and the email you used to apply and got approved for your brand.
I would suggest to re-open the seller support case and ask to be transferred to a "Brand Specialist".
