A-to-z Guarantee Claims Help !!!
I have the following situation with one of my orders
One of my clients issued a-to-z claim that she did not received the package
After providing the information in need by Amazon for this claim ( tracking id , delivery date, link of tracking and delivery proof with photos of the delivery ) Amazon is refunding my order to my client
Further more , if you can see in the second picture below, the Amazon seller support team admits that I provided sufficient information that proves order was actually received by the customer! But they still take my money from my account and gives it back to the customer ! Very legal right ?
If I can prove the delivery of the package , you as Amazon also say that I provided sufficient information that proves the package was actually received by the customer , why do you issue the refund ??? I want the money from this order back into my account
Please, I demand some help on this by the moderators of this forum !

To be protected from INR claims, you have to buy your shipping on Amazon and the carrier acceptance scan on the carrier's site must be on or before the latest ship-by date provided by Amazon.
