Second Shippment Stolen from Amazon FC at San Bernardino CA ONT2

We sent 5 identical shipments to FBA FC and only the ones in San Bernardino has had issues. Most likely a employee walked out with all 26 pairs of Nike shoes and Amazon will not do anything about it. Then walked out with 8 more pairs on another day. Is there a way to refuse to sent packages to a specific Amazon FC? Force to make 5 shipments to avoid the Placement Fee.

Did your package arrive according to the shipment in seller central and then disappear? Yes, THAT is not your problem today.

People selling NIKE nowadays get their account suspended immediately. Do you have:

1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.

2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.

Most probably although Amazon put your products to "Stranded" since you don't have a LOA from the brand. Your account will in this case get suspended, the products confiscated and destroyed. In fact it's not important to you if they received your goods or not or if they put them to "Stranded".

Go to the searchbar on top, type "Nike" and read.

Sorry to be rude. But the truth will not become more nice if I write this more nice.

Same issue happened to us multiple times with this exact same Fulfill center : ONT2 . They just closed my 53-units-shipment with "0" received that was delivered on Sep 9th . It's so annoying !! How is it fair we have to waste our time and energy to go through all the invoices and prove ownership when it's clearly people on their side messed up their job or doing something fishy ...
