Why are all my negative reviews under seller feedback, while positive reviews are under the product page?

This is very strange that almost all of my negative reviews 100% related with product is on our seller feedback but all positive review (including related with seller service) is under product?

I have recently received seller feedback which is; ''Everything was great from the photos to the delivery. But when I got it put together, it’s a lot smaller than what was described. It’s so low to the ground it’s better for a child’s room.''

I understand the customer; although we have provided a comprehensive dimensional chart on product photo for each single component and overall dimension of the product, somehow customer is not happy and want to alert future buyers.

BUT, why is it under my seller feedback and amazon immediately rejects all removal request?

Thanks

Very little customers go look at seller feedback. Would you really like this bad feedback as review under your product? That would a lot lower your stars. And customers just notice the stars.

But in fact it is the customer's choice if he post as review or as feedback.
