FBM RETURNS
I have recently got a return from a fbm order. The customer ordered and “returned “ the item the same exact day literally by the second . It has been a while now and I still haven’t received the item back . I am wondering does the customer get the refund and still kept the item since i do not see any movement on the actual product being returned?

I wanted to make sure you had our guidance on managing seller fulfilled returns, and filing SAFE-T Claims on hand to help guide you through the situation. In short, if the customer does not return the item, and the refund was issued by Amazon, it would be eligible to file a SAFE-T Claim.
Has there been any movement on this return in the days since your post?
