Hello @Seller_xnOCMdbTDk127,

Thank you for reaching out. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks. It is also normal to see funds go into account level reserves during the holiday or peak times due to upticks in sales. We have just ended with our extended return window, so funds should start to be released.

If this continues, please and no disbursements take place, please open a seller support case and hare the case ID with me in this thread.

Cheers,

Micah
