Action Required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account
Good day. I may need some help here.
I received this mail about 8 hours ago, this mail telling me that I need to verify my business information, my personal information, my band account / credit card statement and business license to finish the verification process. However, I am failed to find any notification or verification access at my Seller Central, what's wrong with this problem? I would be appreciated if someone could give me some suggestion.
Here is the content of the mail.

Looking for advice regarding this as well. Got the same email but cannot find the "start verification" link in the account info page.

Hello @Seller_E3BWRpxtvaU8q
Thank you for the information provided regarding the request for verification being made from you. I understand there is no information or details available in seller central that would indicate that verification is needed. Be sure to check through all aspects of the account to determine if action is needed.
If you have verified that there is no option to verify your details in the account, you will want to take screenshots of the pages and of the messaging you received. Compile this information and submit it in a case to our team so that they may verify if there is information being requested from you.
If you do receive any updates or have any other questions regarding this, we ask that you continue to utilize this thread for support.
Best,
Atlas

Most sellers went thru reverification last year, between early March-late Aug. It wasn't quick and for most of us, wasn't easy, due to the ineptness of AMAZON's attempts to retrieve sellers' info. Most other platforms did it easily.
Eventually, when you send them the exact info. requested, AMZ will send a code in the mail to your business address. Input and that usually is the end of it--but not always. Many did it 2, 3-even 4 times.
Last year TPTB sent yellow NOTICES of DEACTIVATION, placed on Seller Central and Metrics page which caused needless chaos. Who knows if the same will occur this year!!
The bad news, SELLERS MUST REVERIFY YEARLY due to the federal law passed several years ago, supposedly to prevent money laundering; seller fraud and increase customer transparency. Google INFORM CONSUMERS ACT if want to know more.

I concur with the others who mentioned last year's Crazy Days of them trying to figure out how to implement re-verification for the Inform Consumers Act.
And I don't think their "systems" have come to terms with any of this yet. Hard to know what criteria they are using to decide which information to re-confirm and when.
Sometimes you get a nice banner with links in the main dashboard or Account Health or in the Settings/Account Info main page. Other times you get the email that could easily go un-noticed, and then you actually need to follow the instructions from the email to find a minimal link that is buried 3 pages deep below a page that apparently doesn't exist anymore because they seem to have completely changed the Account Info section of Amazon since I was in it last week.
