Dozens of beauty brands that I was ungated it in are now restricted again. Why?

in the past couple of days, there have been dozens of brands that I got auto ungated in over the past year and have been actively selling well maintaining excellent seller performance have now become re-restricted a small portion of which I was able to auto ungate again. But a large portion of them are requiring invoices. Why is this happening? I could see if my seller performance has slipped, but not only has our business grown significantly in the last six months, but our performance has kept up with or exceeded our growth curve. I have active FBM listings with inventory for sale but if I go to start a new listing for those exact same asin’s it’s restricted until invoices are provided. I’ve received no notifications from amazon concerning this. But I just place an enormous order for inventory on brands that are no longer available to me any assistance in this matter would be much appreciated thank you

If you were ungated in the past without invoices, but are required to submit invoices now, that would indicate that the brand has reached out to Amazon to limit sellers.

You may luck out and have your existing listings grandfathered in. OTOH, there may come a day when the bots finally get around to your listings, and they get deactivated until you can provide invoices.

Where are you buying your inventory? Why do you not have invoices? (note that you may also now need official approval from the brand.)

Hey @Seller_KLzCZCIOuwsRM, the other seller on the thread is correct. You will need to submit invoices from authorized distributors to gain approval to sell those branded products. This help page provides more details.
