Unauthorized, Counterfeit Products Using My ASIN and Listing

Hi everyone,

Every once in awhile, an unauthorized seller in China starts selling on my listing using my ASIN. Usually it is fulfilled by merchant, and it is much cheaper and takes about a month to arrive. Every time we have ordered it to investigate, it is a cheap, counterfeit product that is similar to our product but much lower quality. It doesn't have our logo, our packaging, or our manual/insert with it.

What is the best way to handle this situation? We are brand registered. We have a word trademark for our brand name. We'd like to get the unauthorized sellers off our listing/ASIN. Inevitably, we end up getting negative product reviews and messages from customers because they end up getting counterfeit products. The customers even tell us they have ordered from us in the past, and this product they receive is entirely different.

How should we go about handling this? It affects us for a few days until the unauthorized seller runs out of whatever inventory they have and we can resume selling our real products. They always undercut the price so they get the featured offer.

Any suggestions? Attached are screenshots of the sellers currently. All in CN.

Bump...any help?

I have 7 ASINs being undercut by counterfeit sellers right now...they get the featured offer as the price is lower...the customer receives a counterfeit product and my sales are effectively gone.

This is a really big issue. I have multiple businesses and multiple seller accounts and right now I have this issue on multiple ASINS in multiple businesses...

Help Amazon, please!
