Order ID 113-4352758-1993862 Customer complains and leaves a 1 star feedback for a delivery set to be delivered in the future...
Order ID 113-4352758-1993862. Customer claims they received a message stating it might be lost, and that sadly the item never arrived.
However, the delivery dates are set to be delivered between March 6th, and March 10th!! We're March 4th Today...
Why are we being penalized what so ever for someone that complains about a delivery that has yet to even pass yet...
What are we doing here? What's the point of giving them delivery dates?
