Account Level Reserve amount
I completed my video call verification and it was successful. I received an email from the disbursement team on 15 dec, that your funds will be disbursed on the next settlement date. The next settlement date was 19 dec, and the next settlement date is 2 Jan, 2024. but still my payment was not available to disburse and today is 14 Jan, 2024. Kindly check the details and update me. I paid amount the charge back account and still all amount is in Account Level Reserve.

Please note that it is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. This is the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.
