Bilingual Packaging (Japanese & English)

Hello Forums,

I've seen a lot of posts in here about this issue, but I have yet to encounter a clear solution or explanation of issues, so I'd like to ask again.

We received a restricted policy violation for a product that "has been identified as an unapproved product that does not meet the FDA's labeling requirements. Amazon policy prohibits the sale of products marketed to U.S. consumers that are labeled only in a foreign language or that do not meet FDA labeling requirements."

Which is fine. I'm sure if Amazon says so, then something is in violation. However, I cannot get Amazon to tell me what the specific violation is. And therefore cannot fix it.

I've spent the better part of a month digging through Amazon's and the FDA's regulations, (which is what I did when I designed the packaging too), but to my untrained eye the product seemed compliant with both.

Could anyone on the inside, or with past experience, offer any advice? The appeal case ID is 15549161151. And the ASIN that was flagged is B0D8KCVBVH (Although I think it has been fully removed from Amazon's catalog at this point).

To whoever reads this, thanks for your time :).
