Missing items in FBA shipment
I'm facing an ongoing problem with missing items and automatic rejections for the products I've sent recently. Despite providing invoices, signed delivery confirmations, and detailed preparation evidence through photos and videos, refund requests continue to be rejected. In the latest shipment, 13 items were marked as missing, which seems implausible based on supported weight variances.
I urgently request a thorough investigation into this matter, as similar discrepancies persist for many FBA sellers.

Hello @Seller_1An5nUz5qkZdZ
Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.
I have reviewed the shipment you mentioned and I found that you are currently addressing this situation in the case 14857087981.
You can see this case in your Case log, where it shows its status as Pending Amazon Action, meaning that Amazon is still investigating. I took a look at the case, and found that that last Friday March 1st, the team indicated they are reviewing your case and will get back to you as soon as they have completed the investigation.
In this type of situations you need to await for the team to provide the outcome of the investigation. If you do not agree with the outcome and you consider you have enough information to dispute the decision, please do let me know, that way I can escalate accordingly if required.
Have a great day, Jurgen.

All products in my shipments disappear, and Amazon does not accept any objection, I just wonder if there is a logical explanation for the loss of all products? Because Amazon doesn't make a statement.
