Customer withdrew A-to-Z claim (Twice), still the Bots reopen on its own and count the ODR
Hello Team,
@Ricardo_Amazon@Daryl_Amazon
Order ID: 702-9541076-3738646
Initial A-to-Z Claim Date: December 4, 2024
A-to-Z Withdrawal Date: 4 December, 2024
Again Withdrawal by Customer: December 16, 2024
3rd Withdrawal by Customer: December 17, 2024
Thank you for helping us in the forums, as this is the last option nowadays.
I’ve attached proof showing that the customer has withdrawn the A-to-Z claim a number of times, and the ODR was initially removed from our account. Unfortunately, the bots have been extremely challenging to handle in this situation. Despite the customer withdrawing the claims, they are reopened after 24 hours, ignoring both our appeals and the customer’s actions, and still impacting the ODR.
This repetitive process is becoming a significant burden for the customer, as they withdraw the claim repeatedly, which we want to avoid. I kindly request that you review the attached proofs and address this matter to prevent further inconvenience for both the customer and our team.
We had opened up a case as well, but it kept on transferring. Case ID - 16867851801
Please investigate this case, and remove the ODR impact from our account.
Thank you for your assistance.
