"Not Authorized" to log into our Seller Central account using our main login.

I have talked/emailed with at least 10 different support specialist who each ask me to provide a screen capture of the error message, then the issue goes nowhere from there. I'm told that the main email address is not associated with our account, so I send them a screen capture of the MAIN email address when I log into our account using my email address. We keep chasing our tail. No one is able to help get us back into our account.

This same issue happened in 2023. It took Seller Central 8 months to fix and 2-3 months later the same log in issue is occurring. The owner cannot login with his credentials and many of the permissions have been removed under my credentials. I do not have another 8 months to dedicate to this issue.

CAN ANYONE READING THIS TELL ME WHAT OUR OPTIONS ARE?
