Account Deactivated under section 3. Submitted all documents, no reply. Please Help
Hello Everyone,
I'm reaching out for advice and support as I find myself in a challenging situation with Amazon. My seller account was recently deactivated under Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement, which concerns counterfeit inventory. This action was taken even though i follow all Amazon's policies and order product strictly from the original brand websites.
Here’s a brief overview of my situation:
My account underwent a review, and I participated in a video call verification organized by Amazon.
Immediately following the video call, my account was deactivated. In response, I quickly provided all requested documents to verify everything was legit, which includes invoices from the official website, bank and credit card statements, and delivery confirmations.
Despite these efforts, I received a notification that my account will remain deactivated, with no specific reasons provided as to why the provided documentation was insufficient.
I strictly order all my products from the official brand website and deliver them to my address before sending them to Amazon via FBA. I am very careful to comply with all of Amazon's rules and have organized and submitted all necessary documents to prove the authenticity of my products.
I am looking for any advice or similar experiences that might help me understand this better or guide me on what to do next. Any help or guidance from this community would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this situation.
Thank you all for your time and help.

So you have receipts, not invoices? And if you are buying from a website, are you buying retail then trying to resell it as new instead of used? Do you have an actual Letter of Authorization from the brand? Did you check that the brand is even allowed to be sold on amazon?

Hello @Seller_jL8A6UesDNbqI
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues on your account. I understand that you have been purchasing your product directly from the brand website. During this process, did you communicate with the brand in regard to re-selling on the platform? Did they issue any kind of authorization agreement?
For you invoices, did you verify that meets all of the requirements set forth in our responsible sourcing policy? As a reminder, I have included some information below.
- Reflect sales volume during the last 365 days since the enforcement date.
- Include contact information for supplier AND buyer, including name, phone number, address, and websites
- File formats must meet either PDF, JPG, or PNG.
- These documents must be authentic and unaltered, however you can remove pricing information or circle/highlight the ASIN in question.
Our team will attempt to verify the information provided. If they are unable to do so or identify any discrepancies, they will reject what you have provided.
We ask that you remain aware that this situation will be a dispute only path. This will mean that you can only provide information to show that the policy was not violated.
If they are unable to verify your disputing information, we cannot guarantee a resolution will be available for your situation. Please continue to refer to this thread for any future questions or concerns on this situation.
Best,
