Fully completed KYC on Payoneer, got confirmation from them, but Amazon wont do anything about it

I had problem with KYC like many of you have, and i completed everything related to KYC, even got confirmation from Payoneer customer support.

Before that Amazon told me that i should contact Payoneer because that is not related to them. When i contacted Payoneer and solved that, they sent me confirmation email where some customer support guy told that they are all good on their side and that they sended all informations to Amazon. Many days passed and nothing changed. When i contacted Amazon, i got reply i quote "We cannot provide support on this matter because your request is not related to seller identity verification or related processes."

So, i really dont know what to do anymore, i sended another case, so if anyone could look, it would be good, case is 14929057321

Thank you for reaching out. I recommend that you reach out to the PSP for further guidance and troubleshooting. Amazon cannot verify the bank account until we get the proper documentation from the PSP.

It can take up to 24 hours for your participating PSP’s KYC review result to be published on Amazon. If you believe the status shown on the Deposit methods page is not accurate after 24 hours, contact your PSP’s customer support or account manager to ensure the result has been published to Amazon. If your PSP confirmed that they have already published the KYC review result to Amazon, you can contact our Selling Partner Support team.

What if my participating PSP never completes the KYC review?

If your PSP does not complete the required KYC review within 45 days after you received the first email notification from Amazon, you'll no longer be able to receive disbursement to that bank account until the KYC review is completed.

Note: Your PSP may require additional information or documents from you in order to complete this required step.

I will review case ID 14929057321 and respond back shortly.

Have your issue been solved? I am having the same from 2024 so far! It is incredible that Amazon cannot do anything even when payoneer says that everything on their side is good
