Product Targeting Campaigns won't display or get impressions
Anyone come across this ad issue…it’s been less than ideal with Prime Day…
All of my ads are running and delivering as they should be, but I just can’t get Product Targeting campaigns to function.I created 2 on Monday, big budgets, handful of products, all over bidding and they both say delivering but both have had zero impressions since launching them.
I created a new different one this morning, just to test…same issue.
Can’t see the ads of any of the products either.
Gone and back and forth with advertising support for two days, they just keep saying they show as delivering and it’s a live data delay. That’s rubbish as I’m getting data on all other ads and sales from them (I can see that for myself).
Had specific products I really wanted targeted over the 2 days of prime day.
It’s only with product targeting ads.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration with these campaigns. With Prime Day, there is definitely an uptick in advertising which can result in more competition for targeting segments.
Would you mind sharing the campaign numbers and your most recent Ads support case ID with me. I'd like to take a closer look at what has been happening on your campaigns to ensure there isn't a different issue.
