Does Amazon's (presumably paid) endorsement of Jungle Scout come despite misalignment between Jungle Scout's listing creation recommendations and Amazon listing style guidelines?

Does this mean "use registered trademarks of competitive (or knock-off) products in what should surely be an infringing manner? Note that that's Ok, because even though that obviously happens, we won't share this data with other 3PS who are affected and may wish to act on that info, but will mine that hidden data for our own uses. Love you always, Amazon."

is Jungle scout now paying Amazon for these so-called “News” posts…? Can anyone buy a “news” post..? How much…?
This is by far the most blunt and bizarre ad spewage I’ve seen in a while…

Wasn't using Jungle Scout getting a lot of sellers banned? What changed?

If attending, REMEMBER THIS.
1. Jungle Scout and the 2499 other Amazon -approved apps, are all designed and work together to take as much of your profit as you are willing to give them. It is your responsibility to pay attention to your profit margins.
2. All of these apps focus on one thing, YOUR SALES. Sounds good, doesn't it? Now Consider this.
You and your competitors are all selling the same product and using the same app. Now with your mind focused only on YOUR products, the suggestions made to you, are also suggested to your competitors. So what is really separating you from the competition?
3. Keywords? There are only so many keywords to be used in product searches. If an app is telling you what key words to use for optimization, they are telling all your competitors the same thing.
4. The three most important things in retail sales are product, Product and PRODUCT. Online selling is actually quite simple no matter what venue a sellers used to offer the product. When you sell products that buyers Want and Need, and offer then at the lowest price, they sell themselves.
When selling product that's saturated with other sellers, or selling a product that no one wants, apps are not the solution. Buying into an app when having slow or poor sales will only eat any remaining potential profit you have yet to make.

I really don't understand the cynicism in the responses. Jungle Scout has been a great help to me in the past.
I hope collaboration between JS and Amazon includes Amazon asking input from JS about what sellers need/ what can be improved in Amazon processes.

this webinar had tech issues and they said they would show the recording - when is that?
