Reimbursement for incorret item returned (FBA), what are the rules?
What are the rules for being reimbursed for a customer returning the wrong item? It seems inconsistent.
I ship only FBA. Over the years I've had several customers return the wrong item, things I don't even sell. Normally I submit a case and I'm reimbursed. Now my claim is being denied, with no explanation. The returned item is very obviously not what was purchased. Oddly they asked for pictures of the returned item from all 6 sides and a serial number, before denying my claim. Can anyone help me make sense of this? How much trouble would I get in if I try to confront the customer to get my item back?
