Sudden Reduction in FBA Capacity Limit.

Hi fellow sellers,

I’m facing a serious issue with my FBA capacity limits, and I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

On January 24, I received an official email from Amazon stating that my Standard-size storage capacity for February 1-28 would be 3,642.30 cubic feet (see Image 1). However, today, February 19, I checked my account and was shocked to find that my capacity has suddenly been reduced to just 519.16 cubic feet (see Image 2).

This unexpected change has completely disrupted my inventory planning. Now, I am over my capacity limit, which means I can’t create new shipments. This is severely impacting my business, affecting my product ranking and overall sales performance.

I reached out to Amazon support, but so far, I haven’t received a clear resolution. Has anyone else experienced a sudden reduction in their approved capacity? If so, were you able to get it restored?I’ve attached the images for reference. Amazon needs to address this issue, as these unannounced changes are causing major problems for sellers.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences. Thanks in advance for any insights! 🙏

Our internal team temporarily reduced February capacity limits for other types based on their latest records, your current inventory and open shipments provide coverage for 4-6 months of sales we attached the screenshot for reference. So this is the reason current month storage has been reduced.

THIS IS WHAT I GOT FROM THEM. In fact they have attached screenshot not even with my inventory
