Multiple Listings Suddenly Restricted - Unable to Add Inventory to FBA

Subject: Multiple Listings Restricted – Unable to Add Inventory to FBA (Amazon is Selling the Same Product)

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out for advice or insights on a frustrating issue I’ve encountered. I’ve been selling the Oral-B Pro 1000 Electric Toothbrush (ASIN: B003UKM9CO) on Amazon, but recently I found that my listing was suddenly restricted, and I’m unable to add inventory to FBA.

What’s particularly confusing is that Amazon itself is selling the exact same product on the same listing. I had already purchased stock to replenish my inventory, assuming the item was still sellable, but now I can’t ship it to FBA and am left with unsellable stock.

Has anyone here experienced this situation where Amazon itself is selling the product and a restriction is placed on third-party sellers like myself? How did you resolve it, or is there anything I can do to get this listing back in good standing? Is there any way to contact Amazon support for a quicker resolution?

This is causing significant disruptions to my business, so I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance from others who may have dealt with something similar.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Best regards,
