Unable to receive OTP via call

We have been encountering this issue for a few weeks now. When attempting to log in through our primary account and undergoing the two-step verification process, we encounter an error message stating, 'Please wait at least one minute before requesting another OTP.' After multiple attempts, the system prompts us to 'wait 24 hours.' Despite waiting, opening numerous cases (which were apparently transferred to another team but without any response for weeks), and going through the account recovery process, we have yet to receive a resolution. Seller Central continues to provide the same copy-paste response, suggesting we check our connection or change our OTP receiving method. Our connection is stable and we are unable to modify the OTP receiving method since any changes in settings require confirmation WITH OTP.

Several weeks have passed, and we are still unable to log into any of our marketplaces so I'm tagging individuals who have addressed similar cases for immediate help, as this issue has persisted for too long.
