Brand Registry Application - Pending Review
Hi,
I applied to register my brand and after a while I believe my case was rejected and closed saying "Your case cannot be reopened. If you need help with an issue, please please contact us". My case ID is 17029022171.
Even though the case is closed, Brand Registry Application was not rejected and still in Pending Review status. That's why I am not able to reapply (since the application is still pending). Could you please help me understand the reason why the application was rejected (if in fact it was) and could you please reject the application so I can apply again.

Hi. After I posted here, my application is rejected. Thank you for that. But still I don't know the reason of rejection. Could you please provide what was the issue so I can eliminate and reaply.
