I have tried to Cancel a order that Amazon shipping never picked up, that was a 2 day, Customer has cancelled threw Amazon customer service but not seeing it affective on my end.

I have reached out to Seller Support and they have reached out to the Amazon Shipping team to try and cancel this Transaction that was never picked up by Amazon shipping in which I have never used this service before, A associate recommended I contact the customer, in which I did she contacted Amazon and they told her they couldn't cancel the order either, I am unable to cancel it on my end as well, I get from Amazon Customer Service the Cancellation threw Messages and I selected YES and I did Screenshot it, I contact Amazon back, and they aren't sure what to do she said it must be a glitch in the system, I need someone to please help me. My lastest case # ID 15177728451 when Amazon didn't pick up the order last Friday, I called amazon and we refunded the buyer, attached our the Screenshots and she has reordered the item and I used a different carrier.

I'm sorry, exactly what do you mean, Amazon Shipping? Did you buy shipping through Amazon? Amazon doesn't come pick up orders, you have to take to the selected carrier, so I am confused.

@Seller_z0STTH7Les03R I have been working with our internal team and we can't cancel the order. Since it has already been refunded, "technically" the order is complete.

To avoid this issue, please click confirm shipment by going to Manager Orders.

Let me know how it goes.
