Very Ridiculous A-Z Claim
I am constant receiving A-Z claim for scamming customers. I have promptly provided reply to the customer regards her shipping inquiry. After she received the package claiming the package description was read wrong. She send me a return request without any message. I accepted but before I was going to send her a label. She complained to Amazon directly. How ridiculous crazy Amazon. How can you do a business so unfair ? Even if I appeal no difference going to make because Amazon is always on customer side.
At the end do you know what she told me? Have a good weekend without package return. She thinks it’s a fee product received from Santa. How long is this fraudulent going to happen? Amazon please change the policy about this matter. We all seller loosing many billion dollars while Amazon claiming good name.
