FBA Pending order disappeared from Order List

Hi. I had a FBA order for 17 units 2 days ago and it is pending for payment verification by Amazon. Today the order just disappeared from the Order List in Sellercentral (It is not shown up in the Cancelled Order List as well) and I got no notification from Amazon for this. Now the Customer messages me asking to make sure their purchase successfully but I could not find the reason why their order disappeared.

Does anyone know the reason and please advise what should I do now ?

do not get involved (or scammed). Just let the buyer know Amazon handles orders and shipping and to please contact Amazon customer support.

For some additional context, an order with a status of pending might indicate an issue with the buyer's payment method or a convenience store payment method. For more information and best practices for pending orders, I would recommend reading through this resource.
