Trying to sell children's toys in Canada, but unlike selling toys in US, having trouble finding accurate compliance information, is my understanding correct?

I am attempting to sell children's toys in Canada. For selling in the U.S, I understand you need a CPC, the ASIN to be tested in a CPSC accredited lab, comply with CPSIA and also ASTM F963. Also need a tracking label.

For selling in Canada, I've reviewed links on Amazon.ca only for the links to redirect me to Amazon.com.

Is my understanding correct that for selling toys in Canada, I need to comply with the following:

CPC

Test report from an ISO 17025-accredited (CPSC) testing laboratory confirming that each product was tested and meets these requirements, if applicable:

Canada Toys Regulations (SOR/2011-17)

Consumer Products Containing Lead Regulations (SOR/2018-83)

Phthalates Regulations (SOR/2016-188)

Surface Coating Materials Regulations (SOR/2016-193)

Small Parts Warning

Age Grading

Applicable Warning Labels

Am I missing anything else to correctly sell children's toys in Canada?

You're correct about the Canadian toy regulations, but a **Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) is not required in Canada**—CPC is a U.S.-specific requirement under CPSIA.
