Amazon Counterfeit Violation
Dear Seller Performance Team,
We have been a loyal seller on Amazon, with a strong account health and no prior history of violation. The product in question has been in my inventory and sold for a while now with no complaints. We have never encountered any issues or claims of counterfeit. When we received the counterfeit violation, we promptly submitted valid invoices and support documents; however, our appeal was rejected.
I have tried very hard to obtain a letter of Autohrization (LOA) from the right owners but, as resellers we are not able to obtain direct authorization from brands, especially when the brands do no reply to communications. This makes it impossible to fulfil amazon’s requirements, even when we are sourcing products legitimately.
Please, get back to me about what the next best course of action is since you’ve withheld my funds and inventory for over 8 months now.

Where are you sourcing from? Amazon or retail? The authorized distributor for the brand??
