Brand Registration and listing

Hello Everyone,

I want to ask how i can list my product on amazon if my brand registry is in process and i dont have UPC of it.

Is it necessary to have ASIN or UPC ???

You would have to list it as a Generic Brand Listing, and get a GTIN exemption since you don't have UPC.

This gives you NO PROTECTIONS, ZERO, against people counterfeiting and hijacking your listing.

Once you get a brand trademark and a UPC code, you would have to create a NEW listing, and all the reviews and sales history WILL NOT transfer over to the new listing.
