Transferring the inventory from inventory within Amazon's Fulfillment Network in Canada to the USA won't be directly possible. But, you may want to look into the discussion on this recent post, where it was mentioned you could look to complete a Removal Order to a Freight Forwarding company to then send the product to FBA within the US.

Longer term, you might also be interested in investigating the Remote Fulfillment program, which lets sellers in the US sell to customers in Canada, Mexico, and Brazil without having to send inventory to those countries.
