We had entered wrongly tracking id when we are using excell and now amazon deactivated our account and unable to edit trackind id part. we submit documentations still there are no good news. how can i fix this issue.?

did you submit documentation that shows you were NOT drop shipping and were NOT entering tracking numbers for labels that were then canceled?
