Additionally, I have taken a look at your request, but I was unable to find the case ID in which you are handling this situation with Selling Partner Support. By any chance, can you share the last 4 digits of such case?

Please provide the case Id at the earliest, since it will help me with the escalation I have made. I will get back to you by November 2nd with further updates.
