unverifiable supplier invoice
Dear sellers, I've been selling a product for 6 Months repurchasing, and some customers complaints the product is not authentic. We've checked the products on warehouse and they're original (Also only 2% returns in 6 months) but Amazon has deactivated our listing.
We've provided supplier invoices, Supplier information with DBA, letter confirming purchases, Bank transfers, delivery confirmations, but nothing has worked.
Additionally we've 20K on inventory from some suppliers and non of the ungates are working "I believe because of this compliance".
we open around 20 cases, and the answer it´s always the same:
"We cannot accept this invoice because it identifies an unverifiable supplier."
If i we can't solve this definitely is going to make me shut down the bussiness but i'm not surrendering,
Does any one have experience on this to give more information and start this process? I'll appreciate also if someone has a contact inside amazon that could help with this case.
Thanks.

The answer is that you need valid invoices from verifiable suppliers and/or LOA's from the brands you are trying to sell.

HOW can you distinguish an original from a counterfeit? Brands have specialists to do this delicate work. That's why you need to PROVE to Amazon that your products are genuine. How?
You need:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And and authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.
Am i right supposing that you sell FBM and not FBA? Anything else is too risky - and you know it.

I was unable to locate an active selling account that is associated with your forum username. Therefore, I am unable to do any research around your issue. I will say that the answers you got from both @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9and @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACwere correct. We would not reject valid invoices from verifiable suppliers and/or authorized distributors.
