A year and half and thousands of dollars spent on building an Amazon business only to have them delete my product and charge me to ship it back to myself
8 different ASINs of the same parent were flagged for saying bamboo was part of the fabric. Amazon is cracking down on this saying it needs to say it's derived from Viscose or Rayon. I corrected this everywhere I could and sent them screenshots of what I show on my end but EVERY customer service representative replied with the same copycat answer saying I need to change it to Viscose or Rayon.
Well, I DID that but they continue to say the same thing over an over. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Finally one person suggested I delete the ASIN and add the product to my catalog from scratch. Now Amazon is sending hundreds of product units back to me and making me pay for it. We are talking like 500-700 units from all their different warehouses.
I have talked to literally 30 people by phone or through Help and nobody can help me. Everyone on the phone says I need a different department and if I'm lucky the transfer goes through and doesn't hang up on me or I inevitably end up talking to someone else that is of no use.
I have spent a year and a half building this business, spent thousands on the Vine program, planned to spend thousands more to build my brand and I can't even find one person that can help me get my product reinstated.
I am one of the most persistent and determined people I know and I'm about to have a mental breakdown over this. Oh and this was the second time in 90 days the same ASINs were flagged. The first time it was because I put something about being anti-microbial or something like that and they thought my product must be some pest control product. It took a lot to get that corrected but this current issue couldn't be resolved even with persistent calling and messaging.

Hello @Seller_gZ0XSrunRY9KF
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that are impacting your account. I understand our team has concerns regarding the type of product you are selling. You mention having made edits to the listing, have you attempted to take any other actions on the listing or the violation?
Have you had your product tested at all to show the material and what it is? You mention the responses having been similar for each rejection, could you provide a copy of the messaging that you have received? If you have any case information or other type details, we would encourage you to provide it on this thread for additional assistance.
Best,
