Shouldn't such Feedback be removed?

Feedback content: "I would not...It is very fake looking and poor quality..."

Customers say that our products LOOK fake. This is just the customer's subjective opinion. Our product page clearly states the materials of our products in detail, and customers are leaving this feedback just because they are unhappy with our product. It's not fair to us.

Also, the entire feedback is a product review, which complies with Amazon’s feedback removal rules and should be deleted.

I think feedback team is unprofessional, please help to check again. @Tatiana_Amazon

Mostly Amazon does not honor their promise about removing feedback that is product review.

However, the real lessons you need to take home are "customers say that our products LOOK fake" and "customers are leaving this feedback just because they are unhappy with our product"

Even if you get these feedbacks removed, those buyers will still be unhappy with what they bought from you.

I think you are confusing a product review which they won't remove with a seller feedback. You are posting an order number so this looks like a product review. If this was under your seller account and not attached to an order or product and they leave product reviews there, it may qualify for removal.

We have worse, a 1 star since 2021

First, the product is one of our most popular items, second, the month that review posted we did not get one single return on that item. The point is, if its "junk" why didn't it get returned and why does it keep selling since 2011.

We can't even remove the negative feedback despite the customer confirming that the size she received is what was indicated on the invoice. Open a case but the same robotic reply was made and didn't allow us to re-open the case. Also, buyer made A-Z claim which was declined since we delivered the correct size.

"I ordered a large and received a small. I contacted the seller & submitted the "a to z" guarantee, but was refused a refund because the invoice says I ordered a small"

We shipped 452 orders in 90 days and received 4 positive feedbacks, 1 neutral feedback and zero negative feedbacks.

Amazon rates that at 80% which of course completely ignores the remaining 447 orders that buyers were satisfied with but did NOT take to time to leave a feedback.
