Seller central server intermittently unresponsive

Anyone else having issues with the seller central site when adding products, or managing inventory? I'm having a lot of difficulties, I can be in the middle of adding products and the site freezes and becomes unresponsive. I know it's not my computer or network because I've tried from more than one computer from more than one network.

Very sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue, I've seen this situation happen with previous selling partners when they are not utilizing the FireFox browser.

Most of our back-end programs and seller platform work better with this browser, my recommendation would be to use it whenever you are managing your seller account.

But I do see that your post was from 2 days ago, let me know if this is still an ongoing issue from your end, would love to further investigate if that is the case.
