Yes, you’re right, a lot of sellers have problems. We provide all my original invoices and supplier information, but our account is not activated. The last 4 appeals we sent did not receive any answers, and we have stored a large amount of products and we want to sell on Amazon for a long period of time. We want our suppliers to be searched and approved. We trust our suppliers. Please call our suppliers and activate our account.

Without any information to work off of there’s really no way to know what’s happening.

I’m going to guess you don’t have a proper supply chain. From what you have posted it appears as if you are buying overseas or something and having a cross docking company receive your product and fill your orders for you.

As an example:

We sell Kohler engines and parts, Kohler has said that there are two main distributors in Canada for these products. We submitted a letter from both of the authorized distributors and our billing statements from those companies for the last year to be cleared to sell those products.

Hello @Maple-Store,

Desi from Amazon here to assist.

I understand you have some questions regarding reactivating your account after multiple appeal were rejected.

None of these documents were accepted. Continuously submitting invalid information will not achieve reinstatement. You can, however, focus on crafting an extremely strong plan of action proving that you have resolved all issues that led to the deactivation.

As mentioned by a community member,

Please let us know if you have any other questions. We are looking forward to assisting you.

Regards,

Desi

PLAN OF ACTION
Root cause of the issue;
I have received an e-mail from you saying that my seller account was “unfair pricing products”.
I take full responsibility for the suspension. ASIN B07NQR6TZL, B09DP7JLC9,
B09924TQ6M and B0002ZO7A2 was reported to have violated the fair price policy of
Amazon.
*I do not think that an error has occurred. Amazon is right to suspend our account. Because I
totally admit our mistake. As I explained in the root cause section, I was a novice seller and I
did not research and learn what fair price policy violation means until the date I suspend.

  • Infringement Type: Fair Pricing Policy
    ASIN 1; B07NQR6TZL – TenPoint
    ASIN 2; B09DP7JLC9- HexClad
    ASIN 3; B09924TQ6M Moongiantgo
    ASIN 4; B0002ZO7A2 Incra

I uploaded some products to my Amazon store. I have started that use a new seller account
management software. The software is a beta version and used MWS APIs to access my seller
account. The software has controlled and updated the stocks and prices. I think that the fall of
my “Fair Pricing Policy” performance metrics have played a role a problems in the software.
By the software, the prices and stock uploaded were wrong. Therefore prices have been more
increased. Due to this problem, an unusual increase has occurred in the prices of products
(ASIN: B07NQR6TZL,B09DP7JLC9,B09924TQ6M,B0002ZO7A2).
I am not the brand owner/manufacturer/distributor of any product currently in my inventory. I
sell with the fbm business model. When adding these products ((ASIN:
B07NQR6TZL,B09DP7JLC9,B09924TQ6M,B0002ZO7A2) to my Amazon marketplace, I did
not receive any warning about pricing. I thought that the selling price I set did not violate any
policy.

  • I had not read amazon’s fair pricing policy while listing the product. So I’ve added items to
my inventory that don’t comply with this policy.
I did not fully perform the checks for the specified products. Although I know that the products
are high price, I added the products to our inventory because the products sell well on Amazon.
Along with these products, I have listed many high prices products in our inventory. I admit my
    horrible mistake!
I take full responsibility and have no intention of re-listing products from these brands when
    our account is reactivated.
    Page 2 / 6
    1 ASIN: B07NQR6TZL, TenPoint Titan M1 Crossbow Package (Crossbow+Pro-View 3
    Scope+Quiver+3 Arrows)
I uploaded this product to my Amazon store. I have received an e-mail from you saying
that my seller account was "high price products”. I was allowed to list this product for
    this price.
2 ASIN: B09DP7JLC9, HexClad 7 Quart Hybrid Deep Sauté Pan Fryer With Lid - NonStick Pan, Easy to Clean, Dishwasher & Oven Safe - Perfect for Deep Frying, Braising, and
    Poaching
I uploaded this product to my Amazon store. I have received an e-mail from you saying
that my seller account was "high price products”. I was allowed to list this product for
    this price.
3 ASIN: B09924TQ6M, Moongiantgo Oil Press Machine 1500W Automatic Oil Presser
with 5 Inch Panel Electric Hot Cold Oil Expeller Stainless Steel Organic Oil Maker for
Coconut Almond Walnut Sesame Castor (110V US PLUG)
  • I uploaded this product to my Amazon store. I have received an e-mail from you saying
that my seller account was "high price products”. I was allowed to list this product for
    this price.
4 ASIN: B0002ZO7A2, INCRA MITER5000 Miter 5000 Table Saw Miter Gauge with Sled
    and Telescoping Fence
  • I uploaded this product to my Amazon store. I have received an e-mail from you saying
that my seller account was "unfair price products”. I was allowed to list this product for
    this price.
Steps taken to resolve the issue
I understand that according to Amazon rules, I should not include very high price in the country
of sale. In addition, I understand that I have to take full responsibility for all claims I receive.
  • The software I use has a brand blocking filter. I added these products to my banned
product list. These brands will no longer be added to my amazon store. Except for
these brands, any products outside the fair price range, which may be against amazon
policy to sell will not be added to my store.
When I received an email claiming that our listing in the above-mentioned ASINs infringed
on Fair Price, I immediately closed my listings. I also deleted all my inventory. I immediately
    took my store on vacation.
The reason I deleted my entire inventory is that I may have violated on other products without
realizing it. I have deleted my inventory and will never restore them to my inventory without
checking all the ASINs one by one. Screenshots of the products I deleted are attached.
    Page 3 / 6
I contacted the authorities I received service to fix the problems in the software I used. I
removed the seller account management software from my computer until the problems in the
    software were resolved.
To resolve my issue, I started to research and reading on the Amazon Forums, help pages, and
reviewed amazon seller guidelines and policies to understand possible reasons that led to Asin
being removed for Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy.
    https://sellercentral.amazon.ca/help/hub/reference/G5TUVJKZHUVMN77V
I have examined in detail the Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy of Amazon, whose details I did
not know before. I realized that there is a lot of information that I did not know. The information
    I got from here;
  • Sellers like me are responsible for setting their own prices on Amazon marketplaces.
Amazon mission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, Amazon strive to
provide your customers with the largest selection, at the lowest price. I learn that
Amazon regularly monitors the prices of items on Amazon marketplaces, including
shipping costs, and compares them with other prices available to own customers. If we
see pricing practices on a marketplace offer that harm customer trust, Amazon can
remove the Featured Offer, remove the offer, suspend the ship option, or in serious or
repeated cases, suspending or terminating selling privileges.
  • I learn that pricing practices that harm customer trust include:
*Setting a reference price on a product that misleads customers,
*Setting a price on a product that is significantly higher than recent prices offered on or
    off Amazon,
*Selling multiple units of a product for more per unit than that of a single unit of the
    same product.
    I learned (https://sellercentral.amazon.ca/help/hub/reference/G5TUVJKZHUVMN77V).
When my sales authorizations on our Amazon account were removed, I first applied to a lawyer
consulting firm. They reviewed my account and informed me that my account may be suspected
of being fraudulent due to policies I did not follow. After our conversation, I realized that this
Amazon suspension and its policies are more important and need to be learned than I thought.
This law firm is an attorney who is familiar with Amazon policies and whose employee has
previously served as an Amazon consultant. They are also Amazon sellers themselves. For this
reason, they follow all policies and developments closely and give us training on an intermittent
    basis.
Within the framework of legal laws, the products will be loaded into the inventory within the
framework of the country rules, price rules and the rules that Amazon allows for sale. Products
with high price that the law firm has not researched and approved will not be uploaded to my
    inventory.
    Page 4 / 6
The training I have received from the suspension of my account to this day is as follows:
The law firm started to give us weekly trainings. These trainings include amazon account
health and amazon policies. Every Friday, I receive detailed training by my law firm about
Amazon policies like Fair Pricing, Anti-Counterfeit ets. When Amazon policies change, our
law firm prepares a presentation about it and I review amazon policies again.
By the end of this training, every employee on my team will know amazon’s fair pricing policy.
When my employees who control my inventory realize that there are very high pricing products
in the inventory, they will delete those products.
What are the actions i have taken to prevent Fair Pricing Policy violations in future?
  • I will take it on vacation after our account is opened. After completing product price
together with my lawyer, I will start selling again in our account.
  • I will no longer list products from the Archery Crossbows category, Sauté Pans
category and Food Processor Parts & Accessories category in our Amazon store. I
will only list products from the home and decor category and home and garden
    category.
  • I will only work with suppliers who sell products at fair pricing policy of Amazon. I
will never work with suppliers with unfair prices, which goes against Amazon’s fair
    pricing policy.
  • I will organize a monthly mandatory training program for myself and my employees to
avoid future amazon fair pricing policy infringement. In this training, information on
how to protect against this infringement, from which platforms a product’s fair price can
be accessed, to recognize listings that may trigger the correct method to list fair price
    products.
  • I have reviewed Amazon’s Fair Pricing Policy in detail
    (https://sellercentral.amazon.ca/help/hub/reference/G5TUVJKZHUVMN77V). I
understand that Amazon takes fair pricing violations very seriously and maintains a
policy that protects Amazon customers. From now on, I will seriously apply this policy
in the same way as Amazon.
  • After reviewing Amazon’s Fair Pricing Policy, as I mentioned above, I decided to seek
more professional support to avoid violating this and like policies. In this context, I
started to get support from a law firm in order to be able to sell in accordance with
Amazon policies and local governments laws and policies in the countries where I sell.
The contract regarding the service procurement I made with the law firm is attached. I
will first check the compliance of the products I want to sell in Canada with fair price
and other Amazon policies myself. This control will also check the law firm. Our lawyer
will be responsible for all these operations. I will work to ensure that I do not encounter
any policy violations that I neglect in this way and that results in the removal of my
    sales privileges.
  • I will only manually upload the products that I have supply from my suppliers after
making the necessary fair pricing control to my Amazon store.
    Page 5 / 6
  • I will ensure that all staff members remain trained/up-to-date on Amazon’s Fair Pricing
policies by reviewing the Fair pricing policies and information on a monthly basis to
make sure that my inventory stays in compliance with.
  • When my account is reactivated, I will pay attention to the following criteria to comply
with amazon policies and work with reliable suppliers. Thanks to this, I will comply
    with amazon policies.
  • After our account is activated, I will sell in our store with the FBA business model. If I
notice any situation that does not comply with Amazon policies, or if there is a situation
that I think does not comply with Amazon policies, I will contact the seller support team
    and get information.
    To summarize,
I made improvements in how I run our business and thoroughly reviewed our inventory,
modified or deleted mislisted products, and conducted detailed tutorials on Amazon’s policies.
In cases where I violated Amazon policy, I have taken appropriate steps as described above to
resolve all issues and prevent similar complaints. I fully appreciate Amazon’s policies and my
listings will be in full compliance from now on.
I am listing greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that my account has
    complied with Amazon policy;
-On my account, I have successfully sold 69 items.
  • So far, we have received 2 positive feedbacks.
  • I have successfully completed 9 refunds so far.You can contact my customer about this
    issue and verify them.
-I watch video on Seller university on sellercentral.com. You can verify it.
  • I have read and understood Amazon’s fair pricing policy. You can verify it on your
    system.
  • I stopped using software. From now on I will upload product manually.
-As evidences, I am sending stated documents; page of my order defect rate, my shipping
performance, my pricing dashboard screenshots and my order defect report and feedback
report. As can be seen from the examination of these documents, I am strictly committed
    to amazon policies.
-I sent all required document (invoices, LOA etc.) You can review previously application.
I take full responsibility for our suspension and would be grateful if you could please reinstate
    my account after your review.
Amazon’s policies. I researched the rules of the Fair Pricing Policy, Amazon seller code of
conduct in detail. I’ve worked hard to improve my business at Amazon during this period of
    my account being suspended.
These are some of the links I used in my research.
    Amazon seller code of conduct;

    Page 6 / 6
    Amazon fair pricing policy;
    https://sellercentral.amazon.ca/help/hub/reference/G5TUVJKZHUVMN77V
So far, I have returned all of my customers. When a customer asked any question, I responded
immediately. I did not behave in a way that would not satisfy any of my customers. Everytime
my customer satisfaction is my top priority. Please consider these as part of the review. I am
    clearly explain my situation.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
    Kind regards

This is how the POA is. Where is the error? can you help me? @Desi_Amazon

PLAN OF ACTION
Root cause of the issue;

Coconut Almond Walnut Sesame Castor (110V US PLUG)
  • I uploaded this product to my Amazon store. I have received an e-mail from you saying
that my seller account was "high price products”. I was allowed to list this product for
    this price.

    I got from here;
  • Sellers like me are responsible for setting their own prices on Amazon marketplaces.
I am listing greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that my account has
    complied with Amazon policy;

Without any information to work off of there’s really no way to know what’s happening.

I’m going to guess you don’t have a proper supply chain. From what you have posted it appears as if you are buying overseas or something and having a cross docking company receive your product and fill your orders for you.

As an example:

see pricing practices on a marketplace offer that harm customer trust, Amazon can
remove the Featured Offer, remove the offer, suspend the ship option, or in serious or
repeated cases, suspending or terminating selling privileges.
I am listing greater detail on evidence or examples that demonstrate that my account has
    complied with Amazon policy;

PLAN OF ACTION
Root cause of the issue;

    I got from here;
  • Sellers like me are responsible for setting their own prices on Amazon marketplaces.
If we
