Seller Support Every Time: "That Order ID is Not Associated With Your Seller Account"
Has anyone else run into this issue?
Lately, every single ticket I open, regardless of the reason, the initial response is almost always "Upon investigation we found That Order ID is Not Associated With Your Seller Account."
In every case, I send a screenshot of proof showing the order ID is in fact part of our account so eventually the ticket gets answered. But in effect, every single case/ticket we open is being delayed 24 hours because the initial response is to always incorrectly state the order ID is not part of our account.
